Policies & Client Expectations

  • Cancellations: we understand things happen. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so before the 48 hour mark. If you cancel within the 48 hour window, 50% of your service will be charged to your card on file. If you cancel within the 24 hour mark, 90% of your service will be charged to your card on file.

  • Exceptions will be made for illness, please contact me immediately to reschedule if you are sick, as to not risk my health and impact my entire week of clients.

  • After hours fees: any appointment that begins after 3:00pm will be subject to a $50 after hours fee. Any appointment on a saturday that would typically be reserved as a day off, will be subject to a $100 after hours fee.

  • Please arrive on time. 15 minutes will be the cut off for lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service will be impacted and cut short. if you are 30 minutes late, you will be rescheduled and a the full cancellation fee of 90% of your service will apply.

  • Please arrive with clean, dry hair for your appointment. Your hair should be washed at least 24 hours prior to your service for best results.

  • Gratuity is accepted as cash only, venmo is no longer accepted.
